District Dinners is an intentional outreach initiative by Truthmin, created to bring together Youth Chairs and Youth Leaders from Methodist churches across the district.
Youth ministry leadership is beautifully dynamic—but also cyclical. With each new season comes new leaders, new teams, and fresh momentum. Yet in the midst of transition, valuable connections and shared knowledge can easily be lost. Many emerging leaders may not yet be aware of the heart, work, and support that Truthmin offers.
District Dinners seeks to bridge that gap
By gathering around a shared meal, we create more than just conversation—we create space. Space to listen. Space to learn. Space to build trust. In an unhurried and welcoming environment, youth leaders can connect with one another, form meaningful relationships, and explore how we might partner together more intentionally in serving the next generation.
At its core, District Dinners is about unity in mission. It is about strengthening the wider Methodist youth ministry ecosystem by fostering collaboration instead of isolation. As relationships deepen, partnerships grow—and when leaders are connected and supported, our young people are better served.
